My grandmother would make homemade spaghetti sauce, field peas, homemade cornbread. Mix all together with pasta, then top it off with homemade pepper juice and a dollop of mayo. Pure heaven.

At Root in NO they had what looked like a sucker with a center of Foie Gras, wrapped in Cotton Candy that was sprinkled with watermelon pop rocks.

It was outstanding

We were just experimenting we had a party going on. We noticed that it has a nice creamy consistency when you mix the oil and really well, so we made a few toast points and served it to our guests. Everybody liked it.
