at Mcallisters Deli I always get a side of their gravy to dip my regular Lays tater chips in...if you havent tried it you really are missing out!

Lox with brown mustard and apple slices. Had that on bread at a lunch spot and it was delicious.

Bacon and vanilla ice cream (take a small scoop and put it on top of a few pieces of bacon)
Cooked figs mixed with rice and gravy.
Not sure if this is a weird combination. But I like to take crawfish tails, but them on french bread, throw some cheese on the top and put it in the oven for a few minutes.. Some people think cheese and crawfish are a weird combo.
