Mayo on bacon.

Very good.

Get 2 slices of white bread, a fried egg, and some bacon and slather it with mayo for a breakfast sandwich

BOOOM! I put Tony's Bold, Garlic Powder, and some shredded cheese in my grits Erry Sunday.
Try it with Gouda cheese. The best. In fact, I like to cook my grits with a cup of heavy cream, a cup of half and half and three cups of water to one cup of grits, with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and cook them slow for about an hour, adding hot water as necessary to get them real creamy. Then melt in gouda and butter, add some Tony's and BAM! Serve it with grilled andouille and two fried eggs on top.

Crawfish tails (from a boil) with a dab of Canes sauce. I scoffed at the thought until I tried it. Actually pretty good but I was drunk at the time.
