We need to stop blaming White men for society's problems

Most white men carry on about their lives not expecting anyone to do anything for them.
Most problems people have can be traced to bad decisions or misguided attempts to fix problems that either aren't there or were artificially created.

As a straight white man, I have never once in my life felt persecuted for being a straight white man.

For some reason white dudes are the most apologetic of all groups. I once had a white guy apologizing to me for what another white guy said. I was called “Bruce Lee” (clearly a friendly joke) and racially sensitive dude said “ I’m sorry to say that was a a little racist”. I said “no, it wasn’t”.
Funny part is that racially sensitive guy waited for the other guy to leave before bringing it up.

I was told by my manger in 2005 I couldn’t transfer to a new location because I was white. Had something to do with too many white males in the same position so I had to wait until there were more minorities to balance out my white arse.
Thank God I was sleeping with his HR manger at the time who got promoted to a regional HR director.
Been married to her for 12 years this August.

He wasn’t and didn’t make it much longer after I left but that doesn’t change the fact that there was a push to hire someone to check a box vs the best hire.
