How about this, everyone stop blaming other people for your own problems period. Victimizing yourself only leads to resentment, hate, and anger. None of those are virtues fit for a peaceful and just society.

As a straight white man, I have never once in my life felt persecuted for being a straight white man.
I applied to be a Coast Guard pilot years ago (they were the only branch giving vision waivers. I was 20/25 left eye) and the recruiter told me I was a shoo-in with my scores, degree and flight experience.
When the awards for OCS came back, I didn’t get one. He told me that 23 of the 25 awards went to female and minority candidates because the Coast Guard was filling the next classes with them to increase diversity. And my recruiter was a black guy, so no reason to lie to me.
Just my experience. I’m sure everyone has one.

the biggest showing of suppression of the white man is in corporate america. It was a normal thing in college. IF you were a female and had over a 3.0 in the engineering department and a decent personality, you were guaranteed offers from major companies. Most of them had multiple offers. The boys were lucky to get offers from sub par companies. You had to know someone to get offers that the girls got.
If you’re a female or black pilot, you’re almost guaranteed a job with a major airline if you simply have a decent record and meet their minimum flight experience.
If you’re a white male, you have to be a combination of Chuck Yeager and Mother Teresa. Spotless record, volunteer time, arse kisser, and extensive flight time and experience.

you're right but I think a lot of the angst comes from regular white dudes who get routinely blamed for soceities problems because of what you've mentioned. which sucks because they've suffered as much as anyone from the crippling debt and stagnant wages
