No we don't.

The girl pushed her first but the teacher escalated the whole situation for at least 90 seconds before.

We already have teachers sexting students. We don't need them fighting them too.

I agree doesn’t matter what they do they will be wrong. It’s about time they stand up for themselves

She told her to get out the class the student didn’t listen. Then the student was physical. So she slapped the frick out of her. I agree with the situation

I normally side with the teachers, but in this case, that teacher was completely over the line.

It looked to me like the teacher initiated the physicality and the harsh language all because the student didn’t bring a book to class, and then began speaking in English instead of Spanish in the foreign language class.

frick those hot-headed Spanish authoritarian teachers.

We need to bring back paddlings in school. Nothing makes a class behave more than the threat of a principal walking in with a paddle ready to bust some arse. I don't agree with the slaps in the face though. Teacher escalated that situation.

If the student would have listened and not gotten physical she wouldn’t have gotten slapped. I was really anticipating a knockdown from the link title.

Teacher was aggressor imo, deserves to be fired and possibly an assault charge.

The student got physical? The teacher shoved the desk into her several times and yanked phone out of her hands. Teacher clearly was the first to make the exchange physical.

It's the strangest thing that the OT loves violence against children.

Just because they are a teacher they need to accept being assaulted and not defend themselves. if your personal pace is violated and you feel threatened you have the right to defend yourself no matter who you are.

Teachers don't get paid enough for what they have to deal with.

Hellz yeah if it's brats needing to be put back in their place, because they dont have parents to do it. Takes a village baw. You know cause govt was supposed to rear our children, not parents. If schools are to teach kids about sex, and how to be fgts then they can be disciplined too. Got to take the good with the bad.

100 percent correct. A buddy of mine his wife is a teacher at Higgins. She was roughed up. And did nothing because of fear of losing her job. I think it’s bullshite. If they can charge kids with adult crimes why can’t a teacher defend herself when kids make adult decisions? frick that she got what she deserved

You must have seen a different video than I did because I’m the one I saw the teacher pushed the desk towards the student once.
