There won't be a noticeable amount of workers from foreign countries to make a significant difference culturally. There will be more people from the Gulf (of America) region that benefit from the jobs here than anywhere else.
Engineering can be done anywhere. Real work is done by men in boots on the ground.

Louisiana has a ton of bright, hardworking people. Given the lack of opportunity here, a lot of them head out of state. That opens the door for Mississippi people, in some instances.

Ops get paid $175k to 200 the same as IEA. Both will get canned for being dumbasses. Lots of guys in Ops are college grads.
