Sting was big way before NWO
WCW was better than WWF in the early 90s also before Flair left for WWF

I was a big fan of both WCW and WWF throughout the 90s, but let's not ignore ECW.

WWF allllll day during the Hulkamania / warrior years.

During the Stone Cold / Rock days I would flip back and forth to catch NWO and Wolfpack.

WWF was always the "cooler" organization to me.

Save for nWo, WCW felt bland and cheaply produced. But I am so glad WCW was around or we'd never have the Attitude era.

What did WCW ever homegrown create besides goldberg

The WCW midcard from about 1996-1998 was golden. The Malenko vs. Jericho feud, Benoit vs. Sullivan, the cruiserweights, Raven and his flock, the rise of DDP to a main eventer and even the Alex Wright/Disco Inferno stuff was good.

Stone Cold Steve Austin was awesome. Probably the best wrestler of all time.

But WCW as a whole was so much better. Their matches weren't as predictable as WWF.

NWO Scott Hall was pimp

Those guys had talent, Vince turned them into their own brands.

Sure, but..he had nowhere else to go..the second evolution to sting, Scott hall turned him on to the crow character. He knew there needed to be people to rival the invasion.

i had seats real close to the ring WCW ppv uncensored in '98 and it was god awful.

good card, crap show.

WWF always seemed more intense so I guess i'd pick them.

nitro always had crap endings. Good buildups but just never seemed to bring it home you know?

WWF's Attitude Era was more popular than the NWO in WCW

One of the dumbest things I've ever seen on this site, and that's saying something.

I was deep in on wrestling twice in my life.

Mid South as a kid and WCW in my 20’s.

WCW was amazing when it peaked.

Like many, I was pro-WCW from 1996 to 1998 and then switched over to WWF.

Always WWF first.....when Hogan turned I watched WCW some but got bored with the NWO within a year. I'll say this I wish I would have watched more of the undercard in WCW....But I'm glad we got to see the best if Mysterio, Jericho, Eddie, and Chavo in WWE.

He's right when you consider the Attitude Era lasted from 97-03 and produced 2 of the top 3 money draws in pro wrestling history and the NWO basically as an angle ended up killing WCW because they never could come up with any other angle....they kept going back to and adding to the NWO. Not to mention beating Goldberg when they did with freaking Kevin Nash was so dumb.
