I quit watching wrestling when WCW sold out. My friends and I used to get all the PPVs. Then more and more people started asking to join. We had over 200 people watching them in the yard, and then all the guys would have a battle royal after the show was over.
I remember when they asked people to send in tapes for the chance to have the nitro girls do a nitro party at your house. So we made a video one night, but we all drank way too much. Lol. We were all like 15-16, so of course we didn't send in the tape. But it was funny as hell to watch.

AWA at 10am followed by WWF SuperStars at 11am. It was a most glorious time to grow up. Sundays at 10pm also had WCCW/UWF that I'd watch on my 4" B&W (complete with foil on top of the antenna) after my old man went to sleep.
Kids are so freaking spoiled today...my 11 year old got a 40" smart TV hung in his room for Christmas. We now stream WWE PPVs to 4 different TVs. If someone 10 years ago had told me I'd been doing that I'd tell them they were full of shite.

Oh yes...I've sat ringside for just about every big era going back to Hall, Hennig, and Michaels in the AWA at my then future high school. Then the last tapings of Superstars (the night Nailz went apeshit on Vince) when I saw Michaels wrestle 5 times in one night in different tights and the whole Doink/Crush angle play out over 4 hours. Then as I got older I tried to egg then on a bit (Curtis did not like being compared to his dad as he was sitting in a rest hold.)
