They want you to wear a mask so that you don't sneeze on other people.
Any moron who does this or even did this before this Covid stuff need to be slapped in the face. If someone thinks that a cloth mask is going to stop droplets from a sneeze then they have never seen a video of a sneeze. Mask or not you better be covering your mouth and nose with either both hands or preferably your elbow when you sneeze. Distance and respect for others is key.

Living your normal life is the best way to stay healthy. Your immune system exists for a reason. I've been sick bad enough to remember it twice in the last decade. It's funny how people act like they're never shaking hands again. There's no point in changing or living in fear if you never get sick living your normal life.

It’s all theater. FEELINGS more important than facts these days.
Like people who are against masks entirely because they're against anything that would hint at coronavirus being a legitimate issue rather than an anti-Trump hoax?

I'm against myself wearing a mask nearly entirely (and totally against being mandated to) and I think coronavirus is a legitimate issue that wearing masks has a marginal benefit to society, if not negative, and does nothing but continue to empower elected officials in a borderline unconstitutional way that will have effects long after this is over.

The masks are to protect others from your aerosol.
Pointless to tell this to the anybody ranting about this. They know better than anyone else, they saw it on YouTube man.
One only need read this board to see why the Swedish model, which requires people to follow simple but sometimes inconvenient instructions, would never work here.

My biggest problem right now is getting my damn eye doctor to refill my contacts prescription. He won't do it without a new in person exam, and my glasses fog while I'm wearing a mask. What a dickhead.
I refilled right before this stuff happened. If you know your prescription use 1-800 Contacts. When I talked to them they said “when they reach out to your doctor” aka if they call and their answering machine matches up they’ll fill your prescription so you don’t have to wait.

It’s WalMart what do you expect? WalMart is about the last place I’d want to go during this.
During the best of times I expect to catch a dread disease just driving by one.

This is because the normal everyday idiot parading around in them now is a fricking idiot.

FWIW I don’t know if it’s universal but multiple Walmarts here douse the carts with sanitizer every time they are brought back.
The attendant has like an insecticide sprayer of the stuff and every cart I’ve had has been both slightly wet and the plastic is discolored from the long term exposure all day to it.

Yesterday I stopped and went into the local WalMart to get some spray paint. I had 2 cans of spray paint and went straight to the self checkout. It was closed off. Next I notice only 2 registers open each with 10-12 shoppers in line. I walked to the first line to assess how long I would be waiting. While standing on my blue tape marker I just placed the two cans on the marker and left the store. Fuxx dem!
