I started watching it and about 20 minutes in I realized that it was a bunch of those fruitcakes from the seashepard. Then I realized that all the facts they were throwing out were their opinions supporting their agenda. I couldn't watch it anymore after that

I watched the documentary and thought it was good. Toward the end he starts pushing “fish feelings” and emotional attachment which is meh but the first 45min-1hr was pretty good.
All the people in this thread defending commercial fishing are probably thinking you mean just US flagged Boudreaux and Thibodeaux...

That’s the problem with NFLX documentaries... it’s a highly slanted view on a subject. You definitely don’t get a fair look.
But if half the stats on the doc are true, commercial fishing at this scale is wreaking havoc on many important fish populations. It’s not like we haven’t killed off many species already.
