Looking to get something around the $500 range. Won't hurt my feelings if it's cheaper than that.
Want something professional/casual without a huge face. Leather or metal band can work. Other than that I don't really know what I want because I don't know much about watches. So any suggestions are welcome.

ive had my swiss army for over ten years now and never had a problem. i think i purchased it for 500. it can be worn with suits and is water resistant up to 100 meters

Seiko SKX007 is hard to beat for $200. The best deals on them are on Amazon.

I like my citizen but some eco drives are a little cluttered. Lots of stuff going on. They definitely have some good ones though if you are okay going something other than swiss.

Hamiltons are fantastic watches for their price. A number of them can be had for around $500 or less.
