Dude sent Uriabaw to Joab to fight on the front line so that he could get Bathsheba.

It goes deeper...it is from this line that Jesus came from, and all Christianity.

We are all the spawn (actual and/or spiritual) of Jody.

Let that sink in.

David was also the best at repenting. He had a heart that was close to God.

Never thought about that. I'm going OG Jody. Only because it's in the bible.

David was a man after God's own heart. He wasn't perfect. He had more integrity than this entire forum combined though. The biggest take away from the story of David is that God doesn't look for perfect men. He knew David's heart and he used David. We are still talking about him still today and God delivered us his son through David's bloodline.

My brother, tread carefully making a mockery out of the word of our Lord. If you think David was defined by his sin and weaknesses I would encourage you to read first and second Samuel. Your post wasn't as humorous as you think.

Incorrect, he was having sex with Bathsheba before he sent Uriah to Joab to be put on the front line. He sent him to Joan after Uriah refuse to have sex with prego Bathsheba because his fighter baws were still out there fighten.

The bloodline of Jesus also goes back to a prostitution from Jericho (Rahab) and a Moabite woman named Ruth.

So David is good at acknowledging his frick ups. He boffed Uriah’s wife, then he murdered Uriah. But it’s all good because he was close to God. Who speaks for Uriah? He got cuckolded and killed.

If you are pitching God, that’s poor salesmanship, baw.
