i see you are stupid enough to believe the BS lies rather then watch the video and use common sense.
it doesnt matter what camera was used, or lens or angle, the person doing the shooting was so short his head was the same height and the car roof so unless the car roof was 6ft off the ground he was no more then 4ft tall at the very most that plus the gun was pointed up and not down into the car as it would have to be for a normal sized person

I watched the video and I'm smart enough to recognize that the vehicle is an SUV.
The car is a Ford Explorer which has a height of 70 inches which is 5'10”.....

Well the car is easily recognizable as a SUV. Its a Ford Explorer which has a height of 5'10”......so how tall does that make the shooter?
