I've seen Shatner 3x recently at the FanExpo and GalaxyCon events in NOLA.
He looks good for 95.
I refuse to pay $160 to talk to him so this is what I snapped,

I met him two years ago at FanExpo in New Orleans. I normally wouldn't pay that kind of money to meet someone, but I figured the guy didn't have too many years left, and that may be my last chance. And the dude's still kicking.

Switched over to PlutoTV and Star Trek TOS Spectre of the Gun is on.
Main cast is at the OK Carrol and about to fight Earp.

He's actually become a lot more active the last few years with touring and has even said that he would be open to returning to Star Trek in some form if they'll have him. Seems like a handoff movie to a new generation would be great, although I guess they kind of did that already in the oft maligned Star Trek: Generations.
I hope they do something with him, even if it's just a docuseries.

Still kind of fricked up that original Chekhov outlive the reboot Chekhov by around a decade.

Yeah.
That was terrible how he died: Pinned to a wall by his own car that rolled to him.

He also did a damn good job playing Bester on Babylon 5.
