My 5th grade daughter was called to the principal’s office to “give a statement” about another student’s bad behavior. They made her write out what the other kid did.
I was livid.
My wife thought I was over reacting.
I told all my kids that they are never to talk to any teacher or admin about anyone or anything without a parent present.
Just like you never talk to the PO-lease without a lawyer.

The petition to have him removed is particularly damning. If he allowed this illiterate to graduate, then maybe he shouldn’t be a principle.

People are starting to talk a lot more now about what a shithead this principal is. Apparently was a known shithead at his last job. Sounds like his latest victim may not want that recommendation anymore. I would think a legislator in Louisiana can give her a recommendation? Especially since she stood up to this a-hole.

A Louisiana legislator can do a lot better than just a recommendation. Someone more knowledgeable needs to chime in but if I remember right, each legislator can give a full ride scholarship to Tulane….

I’ve seen the actual non blurred video as well. It’s exactly as you’ve described plus I near guarantee there was drinking there. Don’t feed me this “no alcohol” crap. I’m not stupid. I don’t have a dog in the fight and don’t know any of these ppl from Adam, but if I had to bet this whole thing is more about underage drinking at the party than dancing.

Why does it matter if they had alcohol there? They were being supervised by people over the age of 21 they were not doing anything illegal.

Administrators don't get fired, they get promoted to the BOE. Watch, this principal will get a "demotion" or will be "removed" only to pop up with a cushy job in BOE.
Also the reason students graduate HS and do not have basic skills is because schools get financial incentives from the DOE for graduation rates. So quit being shocked.

Oh it doesn’t matter to me, but if she agrees to some “morality clause” for the student government or whatever it might matter in this situation it was HER party. Her mom threw it. So in turn if there was drinking at her party it’s her responsibility.

It matters to me, because 40 horny teens plus alcohol is a recipe for "me too". I don't want to derail the thread, but if that video was filled with "nothing wrong".....then it's problematic.
