Anybody know of a good place in BR to buy vinyl records that are not wildly expensive?

Doesn’t hold a candle to capital city records. Great/huge selection and the owners great.

Capital city records is definitely your best bet. Pop shop is overpriced.

Capital City and Classic Vinyls are your best bets but with vintage vinyl you often have to hit all the places to find what you want so Pop Shop and The Exchange are worthy of a visit too.

Empire Records, I hear it's Rex Manning day.

What genre are you looking for?

Sad to see it's still that way. I don't understand why their markup is so high compared to other stores.

Yeah! Then maybe you could hit Nooley's for a sandwich.

The Discogs app is my best friend for vinyl.
It not only acts as a place people sell and buy hard to find or easy to find albums much easier than ebay or Amazon..but you can scan the barcode also on the app, and it logs the album into your collection and puts it at an estimated value compared to prices of whatever album it is. It totals it up. Example of mine with only the albums of vinyl that I have cataloged with the app.
Works with CDs and cassettes too. I just strictly use it for vinyl.

Capitol City...the owner is always there, is knowledgeable, helpful, and a cool fella too.
Also has a great inventory.

Dana is a good dude over at Capital Records. You are going to pay retail on his new stuff, but the man has to pay the bills. He carries a good bit of used stuff too. I like that he carries some higher end stuff in stock.

What are you looking for? I just “inherited” about 2k-3k albums in BR and have no idea what to do with them.

How much money you have?
Have easy 300+ from the 60's to early 80's. But I still play them.

Capitol city is the best, you should also check out flea markets and pawn shops for deals

She pays a lot for records. Kerry will pay $10 for a record and price it for $20 or $25. Some other places will pay $3 for the same record and price it for $15.
