POSs are caught trying to steal a catalytic converter. Truck owner comes out to stop them and take the thieves' saw. One of thieves then shoot at the truck owner to get the saw back.

For some reason I always assumed it was meth heads and junkies that stole catalytic converters. Guess I was wrong.
