Oyster, a car was found in the ditch near our home. Driver was no where around. I'm assuming that they pulled up the plate and I guess they were linked to the license of the owner. That's all I could think of.
Problem is the owner is the son of the people we purchased our home from and none of them EVER changed their address on their licenses .. we bought the home 2+ years ago.
After the trooper commented that our son looked like who they were looking for, when I stopped and looked he really did!
eta: only other thing I can think is that the car owners license was left in his car ...

I felt bad for him. Really. It's 11 pm. He's doing his job and never knows what he's getting into.

I'm guessing the Lawyers released it because they were $$$$, and its not like they should of let Ms. Scott negotiate anyway.
It really sounds to me like Scott was mad about the Police and had talked about either shooting an officer or doing something along those lines recently and Ms. Scott knew he was likely to do something stupid.
Did the cops bust out the passenger's side window? You hear a noise almost like a muffled gun shot right after they ask for a baton, I'm guessing that's a window being broken?
It really sounds to me like Scott was mad about the Police and had talked about either shooting an officer or doing something along those lines recently and Ms. Scott knew he was likely to do something stupid.

I can't pay attention to these anymore. It's just sad. Sad for the cops who rightfully and justly shoot someone (and have to deal with the PTSD), and sad for the people who innocently are gunned down. We're so divided as a nation, it's terrifying. Meanwhile, radical Islam wants to kill all of us yet we're too busy shooting each-other.

This may be dumb or show my age but who is 12? I keep hearing the daughter say "frick 12"
Im also baffled because all ive heard, especially the past few years, is how frightened black people are of cops. How they are scared to be killed every time they leave their house just because of the color of their skin but yet in every video I see they openly challenge them and seem to be trying to provoke them. Is this some kind of reverse psychology? Like whistling while walking past a graveyard?
