Not surprising at all. I've seen many of videos just like this and worse. Really sad because this poor kid has zero chance in life and will never understand why.
The birthing unit doesn't care because to her it's just a means for more government assistance.
They're all just political pawns so nothing will ever change but you must vote democrat because the white man is trying to kill you.

I think you missed the point of his post, which was a commentary on the government providing free items and more "programs" when the issues at hand have to do more with culture than status in society.
