After watching that it appears in reality gang life is extremely beta. Everyone just aimlessly follows another leader around and sings while calling themselves “hard” Thug life is beta. Sure they’d shoot me, makes them even more beta

No, the Chief of Police said in February there were no gangs in Louisiana, only some "groups". And then last month he admitted there were in fact at least 8 gangs.

I got downvoted to hell in the NOLA 10 shootings for suggesting it was initiation shootings.
I know there are gangs here. Been knowing. This being broken down into 2 is interesting news to me though. Makes sense.

RAP…. Like many have predicted for years…. The undoing of not just music, but society as well.
What’s really sad though, even sadder than the state that those people live in, are those in positions of power who can actually do something about all of this, and yet fail to take it serious, but will all, as well as us, pay for it in our property values hitting rock bottom.

Has anyone suggested to these young men that they would be better off working together? There's plenty of money to be made by all of them. Collaborating instead of killing.

I had lunch with a guy today who is a former cop. He said the situation between the police force and the mayor/chief is very, very toxic right now.
