This isn't a knock on Vermillion parish. It's a knock on all the hillbillies on this site that think it only happens in NO/BR. Misuse is common and happens everywhere there are tax dollars.

Not to mention mental distress from having every local media outlet, combined with apparently national outlets, knocking on her door as well.
She got arrested for this shite. She's going to get paid by somebody if she pushes the issue.
