You’re too kind. I can’t wait to see your Tiger. What camo pattern are you going with?

The submarine commander co-host had some health issues that affected his speech. Is he still on there? Seemed like a good guy for a bubble head.

You’re thinking of Bill Toti. No. He’s not on there now. He left to take a role at the Pentagon. Don’t know exactly what his position is, but he’s working on building up the Navy’s fleet.

John Parshsall has taken his place, at least for now. Frankly, I like Bill, but having John Parshall on there is a sign upgrade from a knowledge standpoint.

Oh please. You are the armor king.

I am doing this kit - Wittmann's Tiger w/ this camo. I like the figure included. I need to find a 1/35 German photographer figure to go with it. It looks like a soft-edged camo so I can freehand the paint.

The best thing about late war German camouflage is there is just about no limit to what you can do since it was common for units to make up their own patterns.

While it wasn’t Whittman’s Tiger, I’ve done one very similar to this not too long ago.

Damn, Darth. I think I need to stop making armor because mine isn't even in the same league. Beautiful Tiger!

Kit?

Italian tanks in World War II

5 speeds in REVERSE

1 speed in FORWARD (in case they were attacked from the rear)

Thanks. But don’t you dare stop making armor models.

I just built a BF109E a few weeks ago. I still have about 2-3 109s on my stash. Which one are you about to do?

Except for the bogies... again I say it looks like the Panzer V and the T34 had a baby.

That's maybe the grandson after a Sherman had an affair with a T-34, whose offspring then met the Panther....

The bogies are a dead giveaway that there's some Sherman wild oats in there somewhere.

I’d have to do a panoramic pic to get the whole collection into one photo. I have shelves like these all around my model room…

Didn't it have more reverse gears than forward ones?

Most likely a G-6 flown by Hartman

or Marseille's Bf109F-4 "Yellow 14"

I’ve thought about doing my 109s in alphabetical order. My last one was an E, so do an F next, then G, etc.

I like that. I'm convinced. the F it is. I have 3 G-6s to do. I am also trying to do birds of the highest aces on all sides. Except maybe Japan - no real interest in those birds, but that may change. But there are so many options, I may just do the ones I like best

Then, don't get me started on my 190 collection. Fortunately only have two of those - the A-8 and the D-13. Honestly I'm a bit scared to do the D-13 as that camo is by far the most challenging I've ever done.
