How do you get money if they don’t have any?

How does one prove paternity?
What if woman lies and says she has reliable contraception? What if woman sabotages prophylactic?

How many guys do you see lined up to do that? Most don’t even take care of or support the ones they have.

Have you seen how many kids are on food stamps and Medicaid?

I hate abortion BUT if a woman has a right to terminate a pregnancy prior to 20 weeks, the father should have the right to forfeit parental rights within 20 weeks.

The men should either pay this or have a government sponsored vasectomy.

It’s past time to start requiring mandatory DNA tests before any man is held responsible for a child unless said man is willing to sign something waiving that requirement

Does that mean they automatically get 50% of the custody too?

Well, I'm not sure this will effect much, it might make a few men think twice. How do you confirm who the father before the child is born? I guess they'll have to pay half of the accumulated bills at birth?

But what if the mother kills the child?

You are a clown if you think so.

As long as that man has equal say over whether or not a pregnancy is terminated, this sounds fine.

This is stupid. Just one more incentive for women to put some simp's name on a birth certificate, right where some lantern-jawed sociopath's name actually belongs.

OP, in the unlikely event that you have a wife or girlfriend, I'd advise you to keep a good eye on her. Your gullibility is without bound.

I'd be all for things like this if we could stop the complete raping of fathers in divorce court. Fathers should be with their children 50% of the time and awarded custody more often. It's a shitte system with nothing but pain for males in this society.

lower rates of abortion

The opposite will happen. The same women that were easily influenced enough to take the seed of some dirtbag will also be encouraged by said dirtbag to get an abortion.

What’s to stop some POS from driving their woman to a neighboring state? This sounds to me more like Utah is tired of non payment and less about morality.

Make it illegal for those born out of wedlock to inherit, and listen to the thighs slam shut.

My only problem is, what if she still aborts it after the man coughed up money for pre natal care?

Shouldn’t the man still be responsible for 50% of the prenatal care until termination?

Yes, and I think this already is a thing in some places.

You can even apply for it up to 12 months after birth and court could make the father pay up to 50%.

I still think it would be a shite move to get government assistance and money from the father and just decide to terminate it.

I totally agree - and I’m sure it’s done now (unfortunately)
