You have to differentiate between FedEx and USPS/FedEx. FedEx wasn't unionized, why is why it always sucked less than UPS. When you integrate USPS into "last mile" delivery, foolishness ensues.

Yeah fed ex can eat a dick. I had a package that wasn’t delivered, item was listed on the FB marketplace by a person with a LinkedIn page as a….fed ex package manager. They did nothing and maintained the package was delivered because the tracking info says so.

But yes I’ve also had several items this year that spent days in that USPS BR distribution center, they suck too

For those of you who don’t know, the current Postmaster General was appointed by Trump. He has run mail delivery into the ground by changing logistics and implementing slower delivery service standards.

DeJoy is fast getting up there as one of Trump’s worst appointments.

I don't know what's going on at the St. Rose Post Office but whenever that place appears in a package's tracking details you can throw the estimated delivery date right out the window and may as well add a week to it.

FedEx has been all my headaches this year. Packages lost, packages listed as out for delivery every day for like a week, etc….

Apparently not my imagination it’s been a disaster locally:

Yeah, this terrifies me.

Insurance paid for a new roof, but I have to have the mortgage company cosign the check. I overnighted it to them ($32), but they will just use regular mail to send it back. That's a five-figure, endorsed check at the mercy of USPS

Have a package that might arrive tomorrow after saying it was stuck near Dallas for 10 days. I should've known better then to trust the USPS and ordered it a month prior

Yeah, I ship a lot from my shop and while USPS is often delayed, tacking info is off etc..

FED EX is consistently much worse in almost every way (at double the price).

This is exactly what happens regularly. Items come to Baton Rouge and then get shipped to Houston, Dallas, Chicago, or elsewhere. Then they head back to BR.

No wonder USPS is losing money.

Problem is not limited to USPS though. Happens with UPS and FedEx also.

Trump should tell Elon Musk that his people send rockets to space and build cars, send your people to the USPS and straighten that out.
