The healthcare system has been intentionally broken and fricked up over and over for decades by both political parties- everything they claim to fix just makes it worse, to only one end.

Medicare for All.

It's not just a talking point, it's a spoiler alert.

You don't have to like it. But you need to accept it.

It's coming.

Very Soon.

The online portal seems pretty straightforward. You can update your coverage, request an itemized statement, etc.

A lot of them sure wasn’t advocating for best practices during COVID. Nearly all of them knew masking by the general public (including cloth mask) was bs but stood by and said nothing. Even better, remember the doctors who said protesting during the BLM riots wasn’t super spreader events because of racism and shite? Or how about the new breed of doctors from our most prestigious medical schools who can’t identify what a woman is all of a sudden? What about the doctors who throw “do no harm” out the window by advocating for genital mutilation for confused minors?

There’s a crisis of confidence in the healthcare community, you’re just blind to it

All of this is true, and a lot of these institutions are blackmailed into doing it by CMS. It sucks bad, but how does pushing everything to the federal government, the ones forcing people out of work for refusing the vaccine, help this situation?

I know. It was under my wife’s account and it was a single item.

I asked for it over the phone and they refused and said it wouldn’t be broke up in the app.

I dont think doctors or nurses here will accept the exponentially shitty benefits and shitty pay they have overseas in single payer systems. Well, Doctors can kind of get around it by taking cash on the side, but nurses not so much.

Inevitably would really force the govt to intervene and 'force' people to enter the professions or suffer incredible shortfalls.

Or, and this is more likely, lower the bar so people like that shitheel who beat the bedridden helpless WW2 vet will now be responsible for your care in an acute hospital environment.

Wont take long before we're worse off than communist china.

wtf are you babbling about?
a few sensationalists like your examples of BLM and an extreme minority who are ok with reassignment surgery for minors and cant identify a woman? get a grip.

medicine is one of the most conservative group of highly educated professionals. its nearly 50/50 and thats saying something considering how much lib brainwashing may go into higher ed these days.

a crisis of confidence is laughable, here in reality patients are the same as theyve always been. im not blind to anything youre just ate up with internet echochamber.

Medicare routinely denies services you provider orders

This is false...Medicare only does retrospective reviews which is why it is why so many doctors and health systems fraud, abuse and overuse it. Sure, some of their claims may bet overturned in a retrospective review but not all. It's the wild wild west and while their reimbursements rates are not the highest it's been an open cookie jar.

The number of people in this thread who think it’s a good thing is alarming.

For the most part, people just don't understand health insurance or how it works.

If we’re lucky. Still think most people and especially those in DC are cucked by health insurance companies.

And most people are still brainwashed by industry propaganda, and the industry only grows more entrenched and powerful by the year, so I'm much less inclined to believe any major reform will ever happen.

Just really believe that you're getting good private healthcare. Placebo effect that bitch.

It will never happen, but imagine the cost for healthcare if every person in the US decided to eat healthy, not smoke, not do unprescribed drugs, drove intelligently, stopped shooting each other, and exercised modestly?

It should…. And we should accept the challenge to do it better than anyone. (But we won’t)

My BMI is 44%. That's healthy. There is nothing unhealthy about being fat, you fat shaming bigot.

not smoke

This is part of my culture. You can't tell me what I can and can't do, bigot.

See above.

Forcing me to follow your traffic rules created by white men is nothing but white supremacy and white patriarchy.

Take a long, hard look at our current government and bureaucracy.

We can't even provide decent healthcare to our fricking veterans, and you think our government will be able to do it "better than anyone" for the entire nation?

Please tell me you're not that fricking naïve.
