Even in my neck of Mississippi sub $200k won’t put you in a nice neighborhood. It would be decent at best with 50+ year old homes.

Harris probably won every state outright except for Louisiana and Mississippi counting legit votes.

Imagine being a grown man and casting your vote for Kamala Harris after 4 years of Joe Biden.

Late repayments over 90 days were up 109% year-over-year in the VantageScore superprime segment.

So did it go from 1% to 2% or 30% to 60%

I have been passively shopping for a condo in the Atlanta area for the last 4-5 months. Just waiting for a good deal. I am starting to see more foreclosure labels on condos that were for sale by owner just a few months ago.

I read this as "slip on pavements" and thought it was a Gordon thread.

We're waiting to buy here in Charleston as well, have been for over 2 years, and I think I'm starting to see things turn in favor of buyers a bit. Heading out to look at some places tomorrow but likely waiting it out for a while longer.

I’m sure you will live and a gas hit won’t hurt your borrowing abilities. Who cares as long as score is good enough to qualify for what you need. But, I get that it’s frustrating.

Where the hell do you live that a nice neighborhood has houses for $200K

It is quite the anomaly, but it’s located near an annual event area that the town really takes care of.

Good hunting. Most experts see a slight drop in interest rates in September.

defaulting on their credit cards en masse, that’s going to be the domino that kicks off the next financial disaster IMO

Why? There’s no collateral on CC debt. The banks will just have to write it off and raise interest rates even more.

Yeah I was just blowing off steam. I’m more annoyed about not being able to fix it than I am the credit hit. I’m not borrowing anytime soon.

Exactly what I've been saying. Harris probably won every state outright except for Louisiana and Mississippi counting legit votes. But Republicans stuffed the hell out of the ballots and cheated to get Trump back into the White House.

Interesting take considering the only states Harris “won” correlate 100% with states that do not require ID to vote.

maybe this is where the two tiered economy takes full effect and this crushes the bottom 80-90% and elevates the top .1% out of reach.

It would seem that is the policy goal.

That didn’t stop Republicans. They were determined to steal the 2024 Election so they could force everyone to accept dirty air and dirty water.

Hyperbole.

Air was already dirty.

You seemed too intelligent to be a Harris supporter?
