He's on the Orleans docket as a Jr. There's another guy about 20 years older with the same name who through some googling looks like he was arrested for dumping waste illegally. Also in the OPD system for armed assault as well.
Looks like Jr. (If I"m reading the dockets right) has got a carjacking on his record and another assault. And a lot of no shows for probation hearings and suspended sentances.
