You will say it happened there, they will say it didn't. No proof, you lose.
If he can take a pic from the bottom and prove they did it on the lift, then he will win.
OP, take a pic of the bottom of the car.

I get all of mine done at the dealership. It is free there. You should have gotten that included with your vehicle purchase. You like getting raped by a salesman?

I think you need to relax. You said that they've been good to you. Heck, maybe they didn't even notice they messed it up. Even if they did, shite happens, talk to them and see what you can do. Reputable dealers will help you with your situation.
You come off as an insecure arse, and are tarnishing a business that you yourself use, before you've even talked to them.

If it was fresh you'd have clean marks where whatever object hit your car.
It's clear from the pics that nothing hit the car. The damage came from the bottom.
Either the lift was in the wrong place or it fell off, or someone jacked it up wrong.

I know my oil changes are.

I was with a friend at a Honda dealership years and years ago. He was looking at a New 1999 Civic.
They have a small hood stand on the left fender.
The saleman must of assumed it was shocks.
It took the hood and tried to force slam it, with the hood stand still up.
The hood creased over on itself.
The salesman was so embarrassed that he offered a great deal on the car. My friend got it, and a new hood.
I guess at least it wasn't his car yet.
I felt bad for laughing about it.

In 1998 I was given an Oldsmobile Intrigue for graduation.
I took it to the dealer for the first oil change. They were pouring in oil from a flower pot into my brand new (w/ 3k miles) car.
I was told it was "recycled 10w30", this was Mossy on Broad. I never went back, and I have never paid for an oil change again.
I like doing it myself, and I like inspecting the drivetrain and motor when I do.
Many oil changes are free, and many reputable makes like the German brands and Toyota use some high quality fluids.
But many dealerships are just as crappy as any gas station shop.

Yea, I'm sure they won't miss the 3 Accords they sold to his family in the last 14 years.
Hey man, that's like 1/5 of a daily operating expense, lost.

Well, I have a new Pilot and a 1998 Accord. The Accord has over 200k miles and is still in great shape. I will keep it until it falls apart. I still get all my oil changes for free from the dealership. I don't care if they use corn oil as long as the car lasts without problems, which I have had none.

This situation could and should be handled within one to two conversations and not a moment of raised voices.

You better read the fine print of the contract to make sure there isn't a fee that covers said oil changes. If it is as you say, then you better think twice about what you are being given and if it is even done at all. Sounds like some is a little too trusting... Think about this for a minute - why would they give away a free oil change? Inferior materials and service...also, the lowest of the low change the oil...as in the guy who was working at Mcdonalds the week before...

OP on vacation:
And yes, I won't be leaving a tip, 'cause I could... I could shut this whole resort down. Sir? I'll take my traveler's checks to a competing resort. I could write a letter to your board of tourism and I could have this place condemned. I could put... I could put... strychnine in the guacamole. There was salt on the glass, BIG grains of salt.

Basically this. Left a message for service manager this morning. Had a prior obligation that didn't allow me to follow up until about 3:00pm. No voicemail or missed calls. Called to follow up. Service & general managers were both off. Spoke with parts manager who (he and I had a mutual acquaintance) who told me to come by so he could look at the damage. Just came back from there and he said the arms were probably in the wrong place causing the damage. He took some pics, said he'd talk with service manager and they'd get it fixed.
