It probably didn't happen there anyway

well it looks like you went offroading by dirtiness of your tire and your car

Like I said it looks like your car was dropped or you ran over something but your tires and car look too dirty to show they have been worked on.

Im with you on how shady car dealerships can be but Im playing the devils advocate with your story(esp if you plan legal moves). I see your tire and your car its dirty, you hear the clank and you didnt go back to the dealership, you came here to complain.

quote:I've already addressed this. I took the car in at about 12:40, drove back to work then to the gym. Finished at the gym at about 7:00pm, put my stuff in the passenger side seat about 7:10pm. This was the first time I had opened the passenger side door since the morning at which time there was no such issue. Service department was closed by the time I knew something was wrong.

Oh and yeah I do crossfit!

Like someone mentioned earlier call the maintenance direct and tell him/her your story, make sure you story is solid and that no else drove the car between you and the gym. Show the photos because it does look it was dropped but be prepared to fight a up long battle. Ive dealt with this before and as soon as I said my lawyer will be contacting you, All Star of Br fixed it. I am a LeBlanc customer and have had no issues.

They fix it or you sue. Simple.

Had something similar happen to a 6 month old vehicle. Called the dealership and told them about the gash in my rear bumper immediately after getting home. They agreed to watch surveillance video of the areas they had my car in. I got a call a few hours later asking me when was a good time for their body guy to have the car to fix it. All was good.

You need to calm down man. You clearly are experiencing a lot of anxiety about confronting Richards and the rage you're displaying, before you've even talked to someone there, is a pretty telling sign that you've been taken advantage of in the past in other similar situations.
Just in case you attempt to say your anger is due to them damaging your car at all, that's not gonna fly since we see in the pics how well you take care of it already. You don't care about your old accord that much that you couldn't just politely approach the manager.
Develop some confidence and practice control of those emotions. It'll get you a lot further in life and probably save you some money too.

Don't worry, Coach Guidry will be here soon to leave his email address and try to sell you a new one.
