People like Gary want to make everything racist because it benefits him monetarily. Everyone else is naive and wants to see racism in everything because it makes them feel better to be a victim.
In this case, you have two men who have shown a willingness to flee. Because of that, officers use stronger tactics, even during a surrender because you can’t make the assumption that these men won’t try to flee again. The knee on the back helps prevent another escalating event which protects both the cops and the two men as well as the bystanders. It’s a safety measure. But again, that’s not relevant to someone like Gary who needs this to be racist to make money.

Hopefully some of these other black ladies running can pull some votes from SWB. I have no idea if they would be good mayors but any change is worth a shot.
