My son worked for Brad Defranceschi in the kitchen at Avondale a few years ago. Truly tragic that a scumbag took out such a great guy - and for no logical reason.

Don’t get too carried away by the “ white “ vehicle either. As we learned with DTL that is wrong a lot . I was listening to a crime podcast last week and they were laughing about the “ white truck” scenarios it gets reported so much in cases all over the country. Also the “ cargo van”. It’s just that they stand out and people notice them . Small white sedan makes it more likely though .

not so sure how bright this Sheriff Travis is or at least when speaking he seems a bit lost. But maybe he's smart enough to hire Phares.

Smart enough to hire one of smartest guys ever to put on a badge. Jeff is new to the job of being Sheriff but is very capable.

Silver sedan/white sedan similar colors which can all be based on timing of the look and flight response.

Might be safe to say a light color sedan.

It's the perfect area to be pulling this shite. I doubt there are any cameras like there would be in city neighborhoods.

This may be a stretch, but looking at the pic collage of the 4 victims, if I were a man living in the area, I would shave my facial hair. LINK

True story. In the DC sniper case, the early shootings were linked to white vans and trucks and people were freaking the frick out around them. Cops were stopping them to check them out.

Turns out the snipers were using a blue Chevy Caprice.

Nerve-racking or nerve-wracking

Either one of those two.

That's good to here. I don't know anything about him. He just came off as aloof. But yes Phares is a good hire.

I was in grad school during the Derrick Todd Lee murders and there was a guy that lived around LSU that had a white Chevy truck that put "Not the killer" in big arse stickers on his back windshield. I had a white truck then too and got stares at every red light. In that case I guess they ended up being correct.

Don't the other victims have some sort of connection to each other?

Only connection is location, being that they're near each other.

To my knowledge, they were all working in their yards.

If you are on 955 that goes from 412 to 10 I pass by your place several times a week. That's a pretty area.

Interesting thought. If he/she borrowed a silver Mitsubishi, the owner, at some point may have thought, "Hey, I lent the Galant to Tommy that day."

This would have to be a S.O. or close family to have not mentioned it, if true.

I bet almost every house out there owns a game camera or 5.

It may be time to strap them up, facing the road.

I work in BR but live just north of Liberty Ms. I prefer the backroads instead of Plank.
