While I have followed this story, I haven't kept up with every detail.

Before he was just wanted for using her credit card when she was expected to be dead right?

So now that it is confirmed that she was killed and he is the main suspect, does this give law enforcement more power?

Were they able to get warrants to search his parents house before this was confirmed? If not, I assume they can now right?

This might hurt Dog's investigation. I saw an article where one of his daughters said that he is only doing it as a publicity stunt. Im glad she said something, otherwise I would have thought his intentions were pure as fresh water.

I don't think the warrant identified whose credit card he used. I think people assume it was hers and that it was used after she was deceased.

I've only read that he remains a "person of interest" officially. However, they are spending a lot of time and money trying to find a guy who was reported missing by the parents and who is charged with unauthorized use of a credit card.

They've been the parents' home multiple times and left there with items. I don't recall seeing a warrant describing what they were entitled to search for. Don't know if that was public or the parents just cooperated.

Others who have followed more closely may have more or different information.

I recall everyone saying initially that the carlton preserve is a massive swamp & home to dangerous wildlife like gators, panthers, snakes, etc. I still find it very hard to believe that he has survived 3.5 weeks hiding in there.

Sounds like a hell of a lot of food sources in there. Those creatures wouldn't be there otherwise. Those creatures are edible, too. I doubt he's out there empty handed and without some type of survival weapons/tools. I could survive for years in that preserve.

Brian laundrie will run out of money eventually. Probably living on potatoes and water.

I think that should be public information. Has a FOIA been requested?

I have no idea. Could be that his family cooperated since they reported him missing. Double edged sword here. He's a missing person and also a wanted person.

Granola, rice, and water treatment chemicals. Year supply in one backpack. The rest is just patience and good hiding spots.

Speaking of internet sleuths.. Sleuths link Laundrie to Utah Couple's murder

A couple weeks ago, I discredited the possibility that Brian was connected to these 2 murders. I might be changing my mind about that, not necessarily by the keys/membership card mentioned in the article, but because of the timeline of his flight home.

8/12 - Police respond to domestic incident between Brian & Gabby in Moab. Separate the two for the night & Brian stays in a hotel located blocks away from woody's tavern.
8/13 - The Utah couple was last seen leaving woody's tavern at 8:30 PM.
I initially assumed that Brian & Gabby rejoined each other on the 13th & started heading North on their trip to WY. However, I now see they could have stayed in the Moab area for another day or two before heading towards Salt Lake City.
8/17 - Brian flies home to FL and Gabby stays in a hotel in Salt Lake City (4 hrs from Moab).
8/18 - the 2 women's bodies are found.
8/24 - Brian returns & He is seen with Gabby checking out of hotel.
8/25 - The last day Gabby's mother communicated with her.
8/27 (or 8/28) - Gabby is killed

They asked his father to help them search, but postponed that after they found the campsite.

Quick update - they are reporting that Laundrie's father is assisting with the search in Carlton Preserve today.

I wonder if he's squatted down in a swamp somewhere thinking about which prison is better and the conjugal visits.

Not that it matters much, but it is the Carlton Reserve, not Preserve.

I only know because I checked it out on the Google a while back.

Agreed thou last week after mentioning this and alluding to BLs return trip to get a replacement set of keys, an upset paid mouthpiece swooped in to piss on himself over the comment.
Your gonna rustle some jimmies with that multiple murder talk.
