yes, Mexico too. but it would be easier to cross into Mexico illegally.

no, every country will record you entering the country. An EU country might check you in and you are free to move about within the EU. But you are still checked in. Countries (other than the US) don't let people walk willy nilly across their borders.

You are talking normal circumstances. It’s not that hard to evade customs if you want to in most places. Canada for one, thousands of miles you could walk or boat across.

But again, that wouldn’t make any sense. Why press your luck when Canada will turn you in just the same. He’s likely hiding out somewhere in the states.

But with fbi still searching that leads me to believe he is still around somewhere.

They don’t check everyone for DUI convictions. I’ve known people who have gotten into Canada with a DUI. They said it’s a luck of the draw type of situation. The border patrol doesn’t check every single person passing through into Canada.

Funny, fricking Canada checks for DWI to even get in, yet our boarder is wide the frick open with no checks. Awesome.

Yep, and that wanker Canadian pm called our country racist for not having completely open borders when it’s near impossible to immigrate to Canada

They have motion detectors, monitored by border patrol agents.

He should go to da Parish, where his accent will not immediately give him away, and 50 people look just like him.

Not on their entire border they don’t, come on. Let’s think about that, first off why would they? What’s the risk?

But again, this is not the movies. I don’t know why anyone thinks you would leave the country broke. If you have to support yourself it would be harder in a foreign country then the USA.

This is true. I had a friend that worked in Alaska for 2 years. He bought a car while there. He then got laid off amd found a job in Washington State. He was offering $500 and plane tickets to anyone that would drive his car from Alaska to Washington because he couldn’t drive through Canada. He asked me, but I can’t drive through Canada either.

The Canadians consider a DUI a felony, hence the reason why they won’t allow people in with a DUI conviction if their border patrol runs a background check. You can get your rights back to enter with a DUI on your record through the Consulate by proving you went to treatment ect ect and rehabilitation was made.

Well, beebop on up there, cross the border with a little bit of money, then report back in 3 weeks, letting us know what detention facility you are in, and how life is treating you.

ETA: Breauxsif, what does ect ect mean? Is that like uh oh to a cartoon insect?

You think they are checking every deer and mammal that crosses the border?

Like I said, there’s a difference between what they do for those that attempt the crossing legally and those that just want to sneak in. There’s very few people that want to sneak into Canada from the USA.

for all of us parents, it is difficult to reconcile the differing reactions here from the petitio parents and the laundrie parents...

gabby goes missing, immediately her parents plead far and wide for help in finding her. Brian goes “missing”, and crickets from his parents (and he was reported missing prior to the arrest warrant). And even on the remote chance that he is legitimately a missing person, if he were my son I would do anything to find him regardless of what some lawyer is telling me

so they clearly have reason to believe that he is not in danger or threat of harm, and he is not hiding in that damn swamp where by this time he’d be dead or dying from exposure. Either haul them in and make them talk or end the swamp search and wait him out

No Monkey. I think they have laws that they enforce, rigorously. This is not the Mehico/US border. They do not monitor animals. They monitor people.

They do not advertise the locations of all their surveillance equipment because then you have people like you asking if it monitors squirrels, then crickets, etc.

They make it clear that you enter, with permission only, and that any variance from that policy will be dealt with.

They are not your sister.

Geez, ok. I would think since Covid it might be harder but to tell you the truth I’ve been across without being ‘checked in’

As for Europe, I was interrogated by British customs in Calais, France bc there was no record of me coming into France and he almost didn’t let me cross to the UK. Then again in Dublin on my flight out because I’m guessing the port of Dublin didn’t do their job either.

This was right after the terrorist attacks in France in 2015, too.

Unless he has a fake ID, he is in the woods somewhere. Left his phone and wallet at his parents. Dude didn't leave the country without an ID. He could have easily dropped down to SA with that two week head start.

A law firm has put a $20k reward on him. If he was in SA, he is being held for the reward now. He is living outdoors, with a tent, knife, axe, skillet, and water purification system.

Mexico City has 10 million people. He could have easily disappeared.
