Fair point. But it’s the testimony of several witnesses (at least one waitress, and a patron), not just one. And I’m sure the FBI could pull Gabby’s debit card and see if they had used it at the restaurant on the day.
No need. The restaurant came out publicly yesterday and said that they were there

So do we think this dude is dead somewhere or what

Brian’s biggest problems (other then being a murderer) are simple:
1. Everyone has a camera in their hands today.
2. Everyone has social media and is aware of him.
3. Everyone wants to “be a part of the story” and is looking for him.
4. It’s hard to flee the country during COVID.
5. (Biggest one to me) He has very little ability to change his appearance. - He is already thin and has little hair. If he was 240 lbs, he could go remote camping and eat 500 calories a day and lose down to 165 lbs and be unnoticeable.
- if he had hair, he could shave it short or color it differently and be unnoticeable.
This dude is dead already or he is going to be found quickly.

think he just wanted out. I don't think he was greedy, just useless. He wanted to go home, she wanted to continue the trip.

Yeah, don’t think it was premeditated

When do the Marshals get involved?
We have been since BL's disappearance
I'm not part of the team(s) actively searching for him in the reserve and such, but I have been getting all the info and was issued a formal BOLO since I live in FL. I'm slightly too far away to be on the active search though, but I kinda wish I was

No. They clearly said that 6 cyl. Mustang is his.

She didn't like driving the van, and he probably didn't want to leave it as an obvious clue. But I'm just guessing on motivation.

JB from the WFLA on the live stream said 5 minutes ago or so that he might have to step away from his own live stream to take a phone call. He seems very distracted since getting that message. Hasn't taken the call yet and I'm sure whatever news he is waiting on is not verified nor is he comfortable reporting on it yet.
Could be nothing but oh it could be something.

I do not think he is dead. I also do not think he is on the move. I think he is holed up somewhere.

This morning Daily Mail's report has his Father and Mother driving to Orlando in their truck, followed by somepeople with law enforcement. Lots of pictures of the parents who visited a lawyer and a library and somewhere else.
The comments, though, I found disturbing as many wanted the parents arrested. Presumed innocent seems to have flown out the window and nosedived into a swamp.

Agreed
But whats curious is that week or so he flew back home to either move his/her things from out of a storage locker to the parents home. Or vice versa it’s unclear. But something just seems off about that trip.
Is there such a thing as grey area between premeditated and say act of passion?
Does it have to be black and white?

So a plane flying over a part of FL where they’re searching for Brian Laundrie, wrote Balls with its flight path. The company is named Flying Weaners ??. This whole thing just gets continually weirder

Not him...supposedly a parody-fake account.

Why is that disturbing? If law enforcement can find a legitimate reason to charge them for *anything*, charge them.
