They weren’t that concerned. They waited 3 days to report him missing.

I am sure they would love to charge his parents to get more leverage. The fact they have not says to me they don’t have much/any proof they actually did anything illegal. Unless they are giving them a long leash and hoping the parents try to contact BL or vice versa. . I can’t see the parents being able to fart without them knowing about it. I have a bunch of thoughts/ideas in regards to what happened, but none that would help find him and would probably just cause more conflict and fighting. And what happened, outside of a criminal case against him, doesn’t really matter. As far as finding him, at this point I hope he just gets so miserable being on the run he turns himself in. The fact they keep searching the swamp is weird unless they have evidence he is there. And if he is there, with the technology and resources they have thrown at it, I can’t see how he could allude them if he is alive. The fact they had divers in there would lead me to believe he is possibly dead and they are searching for the body. If he is on the run he will live a miserable existence I think. He isn’t Whitey Bulger and doesn’t have the resources to just start a “normal” new life as a new person. Didn’t they find Eric Rudolph because someone saw a sketchy looking guy dumpster diving in the middle of the night, and the local cop that showed up had no idea he was about to close out a huge manhunt?

Frankly, that is a joke.
I agree but the fact is there is an indictment and I think the mom and dad's life will get even more miserable as the Fed's squeeze them for info.

a second woman has reported picking up BL hitchhiking, and dropped him at spread creek...

Norma Jean Jalovec, a seasonal Wyoming resident from Florida, told Fox News Digital on Friday that after seeing Baker's TikTok video, she realized she had also picked up Laundrie on Aug. 29 and dropped him off around 6:30 or 6:40 MST at the Spread Creek dispersed camping area, where Petito's remains were discovered weeks later.

Up until today he was just a person of interest so what could they charge them with?

Depends on whether or not the trial will be televised. If it is, Casey Novak, all day long.

Female driver traveling alone picks up a male hitchhiker? How stupid are these people?

They've been aiding him the entire time. No doubt in my mind they knew his plan to run the entire time and even helped him do it.
Still stand by that he's no where in that preserve.

she says she's gotten a lot of shite from family for it
but she mentions him trying to get out of the moving car, so, at this point, i don't really doubt her story

I think they planted his car there after he was long gone to God knows where.

Where does that fit into the timeline of events?

I don't doubt it. I just think it was a really stupid thing to do. And, as it turns out, she picked up a killer. She could be lucky to be alive.

within 10 minutes after he got out of the first vehicle that picked him up...

Well according to a former assistant director for counterintelligence at the FBI:
quote:
“I would expect that to happen momentarily, see them in front of a grand jury, and then if they are not going to cooperate, they can get charged with contempt or obstruction,”
I never said personally they would be charged, just their life would suck even more than now.
Do you think the Fed's digging into every aspect of your life would be fun? Hope that vending machine LLC paperwork is pristine.

Does the technology exist to track the movement of their cellphones through Google Maps or by some other means? Could they trace the parents' movement and know if they planted the car at the preserve?
Posted on 9/23/21 at 8:34 pm to BamaGradinTn
I’ll take jack mccoy. He will bend rules to the breaking point to get his conviction.

Sure. With a warrant they could pull the parents cellphone info. Got to have something on them to get the warrant though
