The police are in possession of the two vehicles he drove.

So does this mean they found something to make them think there’s a body? Surely they wouldn’t be diving through a swamp on the off chance they stumble on one?

That house in San Jose is easily worth 2.26 million.

True a murder is a homicide, but not all homicides are murder. Homicide can be accidental.

With everyone in America being an amateur detective about this case, it could very well be that someone noticed something in the swamp that looked like a body and notified the police.

I think the police would be obliged to search just to be sure that no one had drowned out there.

I've found Urban Dictionary to be the most helpful FWIW.

I'd look a bit more carefully at Jessica and her friends who were in that area for three of the important dates and who says she's the one who found Gabby's body or at the least led the FBI to find the body.

I'm certainly not saying who's guilty, but this wasn't the middle of nowhere and other people in the area should at least be looked at.

He must have some real POS parents if he ends up offing himself. Seems pretty damn hard to believe they were hanging out for what 11 days in the house together with nothing to do? Then he disappears 5 miles away for 3 days before they say anything, to kill himself?

For her families sake I hope they find him alive and he gives an allocution.

But his parents aren't on the news pleading him to turn himself in before he harms himself. That's what makes me believe that they know he is on the run.

I didn’t think she led them to the body like “here it is” right? She just gave them info of maybe where to look?

I can think of a few women where you’d probably need lethal force if they were pissed off enough.

Again, for the crazy crowd, this ain’t a “defend BL at all costs”

I’m just tossing out ideas in response to what people are suggesting.

She did have what appears to be a gun in one picture. Maybe she went at him worh a gun?

The parents will pay a price for this in their private life whether or not they ever face obstruction charges etc.

Hell their neighbors must hate them already since they were allowing the news crews to stay on their property overnight so the cops couldn't make them leave.

I also wouldn't be surprised if their business suffered also. Especially if someone makes it their cause to make their life miserable.

Did they have a lethal weapon in their traveling inventory like a gun or knife? Something that she might have threatened him with.

I mean, surely they had something. They had some outdoor equipment. Just wondering if this has been looked into.

Potentially, if she threatened him with something...maybe...it could be brought up in trial as evidence that this was self-defense.
