That's what makes me believe that they know he is on the run.

I would bet that they had a sit-down talk, where he was asked, "Casey, what happened to Cayley?", leading to a long conversation, where they learned things they really didn't want to know.

Haven't checked this thread in a while. Did we ever find out if the body was buried? Or just laying on top of the ground?

Police are possibly holding that information close to the vest for now. It could help rule out possible false confessions.

Potentially, if she threatened him with something...maybe...it could be brought up in trial as evidence that this was self-defense.

Virtually any chance of a self defense argument went out the window when he kept quiet and ran home and disappeared. The defense can argue it but they better have go pro footage or something more than his word.

saw a photo of what looks to be like laundrie in the woods. Looks like a camera to photos deer.
If that’s the case, his car was left there. He’s got to be there. He might have climbed up in a tree and hanged himself?

That photo was taken at the Ocala train station.

Right but that was just from reporting that they saw the van sitting there right? She didn’t actually SEE and tell them where the body exactly was.

The parents will pay a price for this in their private life whether or not they ever face obstruction charges etc.

Meh, they could let the news fade after his body is found and skip town in a few years.

They are not constantly studied like BL/GP are so people would forget their faces after awhile. They could easily make a go of it in another part of the country.

It was clearly visible from the news helicopter footage.

Just dropping in to say we need some new information. This may be the slowest developing crime the OT has ever been involved with.

Clarification: Homicide means "human killed another human"

So...for those of us who haven't dissected the helicopter footage...what did it show, burial or on top of ground?

The look at me generation! If I found a body in a high profile situation, last thing is I want my face all over the place.

But his parents aren't on the news pleading him to turn himself in before he harms himself. That's what makes me believe that they know he is on the run.

This is an interesting point. The parents reported him missing, but they are not begging for him to come home or pleading with folks to report any sightings as folks do many times when a family member is "missing". Of course, in this case, the "missing" individual is a Person of Interest in what now appears to be a homicide matter.

Come on now. You'd likely have a thread on the OT before police got to the scene.

Devils advocate here. Maybe lawyer told them to not make any public statements? Or no statements at all.
