It's okay to speculate about who the van belonged to(the title being in her name is irrelevant, though) But it's too early to say whether he killed her or not. Saying that changes this from a message board to a court of law, apparently(for some people).

Honestly the people labeling GP “abusive”

If you hit your SO and leave marks from the “hit”, you’re abusive. That doesn’t mean she deserved anything that happened to her, or that BL wasn’t also abusive. Some of you live in such a black and white world.

I'd say 90% of this thread is people bickering about a bunch of bullshite that doesn't even matter in the context of this case. And that's totally fine, I am just pointing it out.

Hey, take the 330+ page sticky thread and thank the naggers and nit pickers for it, legend.

Why because it doesn’t fit your narrative that she was the aggressor?

Not my narrative. That is the conclusion the cops came to after interviewing and observing them both.

I take her claim that she hit him and he didn’t hit her with a grain of salt, Victims cover for their abusers all the time.

He had visible injuries.

Ask a cop how reliable eyewitness accounts are.

That is abundantly clear from this thread. I blame TV crime dramas.

Not saying that it was, but what if those marks are from her fighting back while he's slapping her?

The 911 call only mentioned him slapping her, so she probably did it in the van. Doesn't make him an abuse victim, though.

One of those delusional, shitty Moab cops or a real cop, like from North Port?

So did she as confirmed by an officer on video. That’s already been cited in this thread.

And ignoring that she too had visible injuries and the eyewitness reports.

Cops rely on eye witness accounts all day. It’s defense attorneys that try and erode their credibility.

This was a 911 call reporting in general what they had just seen, not IDing a suspect a week later or providing a specific description of a perp.

Are we really going to pretend that the police officers weren't trying to work out a way for neither one of them to go to jail?

It's all on audio and video.

Rose, GPs “BFF”, is definitely the killer. He claimed that the two girls were lesbian lovers and that rose flew out there to see her. She forced GP to have the tracker on and grew jealous of BL.

I’m really starting to buy into this. That girl is a whack job and is hiding something.

It’s possible, but it would be weird to attack someone else while you’re driving right? Look, it seems like it was a toxic relationship, they were probably both abusive, but just because she’s the one who is dead doesn’t mean that she wasn’t abusive at some point. Again, that doesn’t mean that she deserved anything that happened to her.

Yes, they had all the evidence, and her own statements, they needed to arrest her. Which they declined to do.

I'm not trying to say that she's blameless in all of this. I'm just saying that a lot of what she was saying and how she was acting very much looked like someone that is being controlled and abused by someone else.

And there were several parts of the video where Brian seemed very much like a Sociopathic abuser.

So if these eyewitnesses are so unreliable how is it that they just happened to be correct that a domestic violence incident had just occurred involving a couple in a white van with Florida plates?

You do realize that the fact that they were right about everything else lends credibility to the rest? I mean they were close enough to identify the type of plates. They saw what happened.

It’s not like they called the cops and said some fat dude is beating up a fat chick in a red sedan with CA plates, and people are using that statement as evidence that the male was the aggressor.
