Was Brian Laundrie ever actually seen in North Port after the van was driven back?

no they didn’t. They didn’t have the 911 report of him hitting her.

A neighbor has claimed to have seen him. The police seem convinced he was there as well.

At least one neighbor has said they saw him riding a bike with his mom and cutting the yard.

And there were several parts of the video where Brian seemed very much like a Sociopathic abuser.

I think this is confirmation bias, if she didn’t end up dead would you watch that video and draw the same conclusions?

Right. He was pulled over for going 45 in a 15 and weaving. Both of them got off easy with the police.

Are we really going to pretend that the police officers weren't trying to work out a way for neither one of them to go to jail?

think about how many retards these cops in and around Moab have to deal with during the summer. They have to pick their battles, they are law enforcement not social workers or babysitters

I was up there in July and the amount of stupidity displayed around every bend and turn was remarkable to see. Cut those dudes some slack I’m sure they feel terrible about what eventually happened

Yes. The first question he asks the cops after they talk to Gabby was something like “did you talk to Gabby?” That was the first red flag. It’s literally the first thing he asks. He was scared shitless she told him the truth.

was "wild speculation", according to a few posters.

Not once did anyone say this was wild speculation. IN FACT, most of us said we agree with you. We were just waiting for the facts to come in from reputable sources, like the FBI, other LE, coroner, etc. people who actually are trusted to find and present this info.

She was still alive when I rewatched about 10 minutes of it(around page 145 in this thread?). I wanted to see if people were accurate about the hat being on the dash in the police video and left it on for a little bit.

At the time that I rewatched it, I was still open to it all being a hoax.

i think some people aren't aware that the 911 caller and the witness that the cops spoke to where the fight occurred are 2 different people who saw 2 different parts of the fight...the person interviewed only witnessed what happened near the van...it's my understanding that the caller had already left the area by the time the cops got there, but the 911 call indicates that the dispatcher got all of his information during the call...i'd like to hear more from the actual caller.

if we assume a conservative 15 seconds per post dude has spent over two months of his life just making posts on this website. That’s posting, not including reading

he clearly has little else to do, clock be damned

Where was I giving them any shite? I'd hope to get the same treatment from them if it happened to me.

I'm not trying to say that she's blameless in all of this.

I've never blamed her. I just see her as a nutjob that would eventually push someone over their edge if they don't get away from her.

My thought is the flight home to clean out the storage unit was simply a way to get away from her for a bit. They had been together apparently 100% of the time for a few months in a shitbox Transit Connect. Even if she wasn't nuts that would wear on someone after that long.

I'm just saying that a lot of what she was saying and how she was acting very much looked like someone that is being controlled and abused by someone else.

For someone that moved across the country to get away from a nutjob I find your takes rather interesting. And frankly odd.
