If this dude had a 4-5 day head start when nobody was looking for him, he's long gone. From Florida to the border is a 24 hour drive. He's not in the swamp.

Not sure if this has been suggested (SIAP), but is it possible for this guy to have hopped on a train? There is a rail that runs up along the east side of Charlotte Harbor and the Peace River that would have been only about a 15-mile cross-swamp trek from where he may have entered the Carlton Reserve in North Port.
Idk the geography of the area, and yes he would have had to find a way across the river, but hopping in a boxcar would been an obvious option if he knew where to go

This thread is like a staged forest fire. Chicken has to be loving this.

I don't get the draw to this story. In general I understand why these stories get attention, but this one in particular lacks much intrigue. Very minor internet celebrity goes on a trip with sketch ball boyfriend and he kills her.
Am I missing something? Usually there is a somewhat plausible counter narrative, or dark questions about someone's past, etc.

I watched the whole traffic stop. It’s all we really have to judge their character.
We have plenty of evidence to judge people’s character here:
Eyewitnesses stating he was hitting her, trying to leave her while taking her van, and trying to take her phone.
She goes missing for weeks and he doesn’t report her missing.
He takes her van and drives it home without her.
He refuses to help police in finding his missing girlfriend.
He is in hiding.
She is dead.
There’s plenty evidence to judge characters here. And yet people are obsessed with a video of a girl crying after unbiased third party witnesses reported that she was just hit by him and almost left. But the fact that she’s crying and covering for him in this video so he doesn’t go to jail makes her the abuser and the only evidence that exists in which characters can be judged.
You freaking people LOL

I'd love to see some kind of confirmation that he doesn't have a 2+ week head start, but I haven't seen anyone confirm that they've seen him in the last two weeks...besides his parents.

Her being a crazed abuser doesn't mean Brain didn't kill her.
They are two separate incidents.
Doesn’t justify offing her though

Who gets the 15 yard unsportsmanlike penalty when two guys start going at it?
I take the 911 call with a grain of salt.

There is a lot of weird stuff going on and BL/GP seem off. Lots of facts haven't been released but are presumed, which are starting to become more concrete.

Where in the hell does it say it justifies anything?

Yea, 99% of these cases always end up with the obvious and logical outcome….
But it’s fun to speculate about the 1% until the 99% comes to fruition.
For days it was any possibility…until she was found dead
For days it was maybe she wasn’t murdered…until it was declared a homicide
For days it might not have been him….until it’s announced it was him
For days it will be he is here, there, across the border…..until he ends up dead from suicide or hiding somewhere relatively close and familiar to him

This wasn't even implied in the post you quoted, much less stated outright.

Honestly the people labeling GP “abusive” and blaming her for her own murder are giving off strong incel energy

Why because it doesn’t fit your narrative that she was the aggressor?
I take her claim that she hit him and he didn’t hit her with a grain of salt, Victims cover for their abusers all the time.
Eyewitnesses don’t make up shite out of thin air. They called to report a man assaulting a female. They got the description of the people, the van, the plates, etc. right. But lied about who was hitting who. LOL
Jesus. You people are stupid.

We need some Brain sightings to get some new material for this thread.
Has the trail cam picture been discussed?
