I’ll give you that.

But the fact still remains, we don’t know what the fbi knows. We know what they told us. And so far, what they have told us is that it’s not confirmed.

do you think when they can identify a body without an autopsy that they just skip the autopsy?

even if they can identify the body and even if there's a bullet hole between her eyes, they will still do an autopsy

True. But its a pretty safe bet to assume it is.

It’s not his first rodeo and it’s not very complicated when your only two options on the gulf coast just below 90 is East or West even Brian can figure that out.
Not to mention it’s nothing to download the train rail map schedules for any region in the US.

First of all, he wasn't "just below" US 90. He was almost 300 miles away. Even you could figure that out using Google Maps.

So his only two options to start with were north and south, not east and west. The only routes north head toward Jacksonville.

Not a schedule, but you can see all the routes here.

And before anyone suggests a passenger train, to get from Orlando to New Orleans, you have to go all the way to Washington DC and switch trains to get to New Orleans.

Tacky, since you are waiting for 100% confirmation, why don’t you just wait until we get that until you reply in this thread again. There’s clearly nothing here of relevance to you so why be here?

I can't fathom why you all argue in this thread. Do you have nothing to do during the day?

That’s what I’m wondering dude. I do get caught up in it myself, but it’s ridiculous how long some of these people will repeat themselves.

I like the speculation talk, like most everyone else, but some people just can’t let you speculate without throwing up how’s there’s “no evidence” constantly.

Is the circumstantial evidence enough to charge him with murder at this point or do they still need more physical evidence? I guess the are waiting to charge him with anything to try and get him to come out of hiding but do they even have enough in the first place? I'm not talking about court of public opinion. He's already been charged there.

It’s was License plate reader that showed the vans license taking the North Port exit off I-75 at 10:26am

People yourself included state we don’t “know it’s him driving”. “It could be his dad...”

But his dad’s whereabouts are a “known” the neighbors would have noticed his absence and his red trucks license is never seen on plate “readers” leaving North Port.
It’s unlikely be his dad driving the van on Sept 1, but technically we’ll never know

I'm guessing that the results of the autopsy will be the domino that sets everything else in motion.

The fact that we don't have a BL body leads me to believe he is halfway back to Utah by now (picked up Rebel Cat & TulaneLSU on the way).

The FBI has not "officially" declared the body to be Gabby. However, they said the body was "consistent" with Gabby's and they extended "heartfelt condolences" to the family. They would not have done so had they not been certain it was her. They are now going through the "official" identification procedure as well as trying to ascertain cause of death (if that was not obvious) and any other evidence which might answer questions or lead to a determination of what went on and which could be used at trial if there is one. This is not a trial. It's still an investigation.
