When was the “no service in Yosemite/Yellowstone” text sent?

Seems like every time a perp tries to send a fake text for cover they always ruin it by using words or language the victim wouldn't. He was supposed to be her fiance had he never heard what she called her grandfather?

There’s got to be some sort of cameras from almost west coast to Florida?

This is what I’m having trouble with too. If it was him and he was trying to sound like her, you’d think this would be a really bad error.

Every report has said it was sent on the 30th so was the mom saying the text about "Stan" was from GP?

ETA: I wonder what her grandfather's contact name was. Maybe it was "Stan" and the killer isn't actually BL so he had no idea it was her grandfather? Far-fetched I know just spitballing.

If it was sent on the 30th and he's confirmed in Florida on the 1st, then it will probably be very easy to figure out who sent it based on tower data.

*ETA: yes I know obvious post is obvious

It sounds like that Stan text was from GP (or at least from her phone) to her mom.

So if she said that was the last text she got from that phone, what about the no service text on the 30th?

a report that the van was detected by a license plate reader on the Sumter Boulevard exit of I-75.

They probably can track his path on his drive home down very precisely with the info from license plate readers

Wasn't that sent to another person?

I think the mom's last text was the 27th and that text, allegedly, was the 30th (to her uncle or something)

But mom said the last text she got was on the 27th? Was that warrant issued before the 30th?

The warrant whose pdf was posted earlier? I am looking at it and it was signed on the 15th or so.

You would think? But it’s taking almost three weeks to do this?

August 25 she FaceTimed with mom so was definitely alive
August 27 "she" snapchatted her friend saying she's heading to Yellowstone
August 27 "she" texted her mom "Can you help Stan, I just keep getting his voicemeails and missed calls."
August 29 she misses her meetup with friend in Yellowstone [edit: incorrect, she was just supposed to call her friend on this date, not meet up yet, but never did]
August 30 "she" texts mom "No service in Yosemite"
Sept 1 around 10am the van's license plate is scanned in North Port FL

Quick look it’s 2,377 miles and roughly 35 hour drive. Dude needs to sign up for that cross country Cannonball race.
