As far as friends in NY goes, it would be pretty similar. She'd be miles away from them and pretty6 easy for him to control how often she talked to them, just by doing something like having it lead to a big argument every time that he finds out about it.
Not at all trying to say that any of this is how it actually was. Just speculating like everyone else.

Holy shite. After 5+ hours I was finally able to catch up on 200 pages.
Chicken can you nominate me for perseverer of the year in our annual O-T awards?
I saw and learned a frick TON......and not about the case.
I saw two women go back and forth and one of those putting the other in a body bag.
I saw wild theories and speculation.
I saw geography, law, sociology, psychology, and relationship expertise.
I saw a wild arse youtube video with shitty resolutions of a van door possibly opening.
I saw Chicken lay down the law.
I saw RogerTheShrubber be a smug pissant.
But what tops the thread and may be an all-time O-T WHAT THE frick series of events, I saw a man named "rebel cat" practically masturbate and give an absolutely fricking asinine eulogy to a poor girl (with some mental health issues) who probably would have reported this man (rebel cat) to the police if she ever knew him. "She had everything going for her...........she was pretty..........she was blonde..........she was working towards fulfilling her goal to be a nutritionist........she was so sexy..........she had a successful youtube channel.........she had it all." Dear God.
But get this, I saw this same man, rebel cat (no association to popular poster Rebel btw), say he wasn't a pedophile when no one on this website even accused him of that. Incredible. This thread has had it all.
