I am sure there are some that are playing the system but the biggest issue is VA doctors who are declaring soldiers disabled who are experiencing stuff from natural aging. My sister-in-laws brother is retired Air Force. He was rated a % level disabled because of hearing loss since when he joined. Dude was in communications and was basically a telephone repair man. Got this designation when he did his physical when he got discharged.

The 6 year old who shot his teacher in Virginia should never be allowed in a classroom with other children again.
