Just the northern part and I haven't been in the NE section enough to make a ruling on it.

NWA is certainly not the south. It has a southern mid-west feel to it.

Summerville, SC. It's lost some of It's small community charm but still a great place to live. Wish I had never left.

Summerville is trash

everyone from Ohio and the northeast have moved there and turned it into a giant traffic jam while they pretend they live in Charleston. Maybe it was cool 5 years ago but it’s just an overpopulated suburban town now.
