No, I think that you are exposing yourself to have your life ruined because of how colleges will respond if the girl reports it.
For receiving a blowjob?
This whole system has turned into the inquisition, with no due process and automatic guilt. Whoever accuses first is always the victim.
In retrospect the only option for him would have been to report her for reaching down there then performing oral sex when he couldnt legally say no, then turn her into the sexual predator. The whole thing is mind boggling.

It's not like you lose your agency while stoned to any degree like you do drunk. You are prone to overanalyzing a situation though. Seems like that's what happened here
I get why someone would question the situation after they were embarrassed and high, but I can't imagine having the gall to pursue the issue through the school's disciplinary avenues.

That's the thing. She's guilty of not asking or receiving consent by admitting it in her story, but she's off the hook because she's female.

That thread about sex dolls is looking better and better, ain't it, kids?
You don’t have to pretend this story is pushing you closer to a secret life with a human-sized doll. You decided long ago that a doll was the best option for you.

So she starts questioning the encounter towards the end, but the deceides to swap phone numbers with him?

He 100% should of flipped the script and accused her of sexual assault. She openly confesses to it. It would have been fun to see what the school's reaction would have been. If he said he was too embarrassed to tell the school and she assaulted him without his consent then even admits to it, I wonder if that would have changed anything.

It's not entirely her fault; she's been brainwashed. She said it herself, her RA training kicked in. She was trained to believe any interaction where she feels uncomfortable - even if those feelings don't arise until days after the encounter - must be assault. This is what the social Marxists have done.

He pressured a girl he knew was high into continuing after she expressed she wanted to stop
The article explicitly notes:
quote:
He was found not responsible for sexual misconduct. But he was found responsible for using R.M.’s name in the email asking for assistance and for sending her the Facebook friend request.
What actually is messed up about this though is that she claimed he sent her a FB friend request after he'd been restricted from doing so. Seems reasonable, except that he denied he'd done that and offered the school full access to his account to prove it but this was not accepted.
But the university agreed he did not pressure her, so you're downvoted anyway.

Like someone else said, these kangaroo courts are 100% geared towards female accusers. The accused can't face the accusers and isn't even allowed legal representation in the proceedings (IIRC). The accused has to represent themselves to prove their innocence. Since they can't face their accuser, they aren't even allowed to cross examine. Being accused is basically a guilty verdict and the schools are forced to implement this by federal pressure.

She wrote that she felt conflicted because she wanted to stop—she said she told him she was feeling uncomfortable and thought she needed to leave—but that she also felt bad about “working him up and then backing out.” (In Bonsu’s written account, he stated that R.M. said she needed to leave because she was concerned her friend might “barge in” on them.) The encounter continued for a few more minutes, during which, she wrote, he cajoled her to stay—“playfully” grabbing her arm at one point, and drawing her in to kiss—then ended with an exchange of phone numbers. R.M. had not removed any clothing.
So he didn’t playfully grab her arm to stay until after the BJ, right? And even though she expressed that she needed to leave, she didn’t physically get up and leave?
I’ve noticed a couple people have said he made her stay. Where did he do that during the act? I’m confused.

Well then I would take it to civil court, force her arse to get on stand and tell the whole story then win a big lawsuit from her and the school.

So if some guy gets hammered and fricks a fat chick and regrets it, is it sexual assault by the fat chick if she knows he is hammered?

I'm going to be downvoted to death for this, and while I don't agree with expulsion, this case does seem to have more merits than most of these stories. He pressured a girl he knew was high into continuing after she expressed she wanted to stop. That's just not smart in this day and age.
One of the lawyers who works in my lawyer's office does Title IX work. At lunch, he told me that he had a Title IX case where a male student was expelled for having non-consensual sex with a women who had intercourse with him in the "on top" position. He said all the schools, with a few exceptions, automatically assume the woman is telling the truth.
How do you (absent a threat or use of force) have non-consensual sex with the woman in the on top position?
I agree that if the woman wants to quit, she should be able to quit.

The gall came from talking to her RA friends about it imho. She posted the question, and the group think runs from there.
It's ridiculous the disciplinary system would let this story roll through to expelleing a student.

Who would have guessed that secret court proceedings with no due process could find innocent people guilty?

I didn't see anything either where he "made her stay."
