Seems like we are mincing words here. Would the story change drastically if I said he was found "responsible" in reference to a sexual assault incident and banned from campus?
Also, how many employers will care when they see the words "sexual assault" next to his name?

Justice in the legal world would see her financially ruined if not jailed.
Justice in universal terms would see her actually sexually assaulted so she could identify the difference.

If trying to convince some to have sex with you is now the standard for assault, we are all in trouble.
My question in these situations: if they are both high and or drunk, and she blows him, how is it that she did not rape him?
Why is it that the female in here situations bears zero responsibility for taking advantage of an impaired male.
