Well then I would take it to civil court, force her arse to get on stand and tell the whole story then win a big lawsuit from her and the school.

That civil case would never go to court. No lawyer would take that case to trial. That would be a quick settlement.

The problem is that these girls have zero repercussions for this kinda shite. The school is forced to push this nonsense so they inevitably get sued as well. It's like giving a 15 year old girl a credit card, sending her to the mall and telling her only to spend $200, but if she spends more than that, there's no punishment for it.

get why someone would question the situation after they were embarrassed and high, but I can't imagine having the gall to pursue the issue through the school's disciplinary avenues.
A woman will go to any length to "protect her reputation". She basically said she was concerned about what her friend would think if she found them. Her reputation is more important than his. She was willing to destroy him to protect her "honor".

What proper female would actually put her mouth on a male's genitalia without being forced?

Which is unfair, because women can be very devious. In my experience, men are more trustworthy than women (in a general sense).

Dude was definitely a sexual predator.

If he didn't nut in her mouth, tis fair game.

BTW, according to this thread, I'm a sexual assaulter. Many times over

Goddamn, I'm so glad I don't have to deal with that shite anymore. Women can just ruin men at any time if they regret their decisions.

Unreal.

I didn’t either. I could understand if she physically tried to leave and he kept her from doing so/physically forced her to finish the act. But nothing close to that even happened. Crazy.

You don't have to take a settlement. If my name was dragged through the mud like this, I would 100% not settle and take it to court so that she no longer could be anonymous. Maybe I am just spiteful/vengeful like that. I would also bring the school to court for reinstatement plus damages. Hell, if the two Asian dentist can get back in school at LSU after being caught cheating, I would assume this case could too.

Women are equal except when it comes to giving sexual consent.

Then they have the mental capacity of a toddler.

You’re the kind of moron that would’ve sat in on that board and expelled that poor dude.

frick you if you can’t see the double standard in this scenario

Ehh, with a huge damages settlement in the 7 figures, I would gladly shut up about it

No kidding. If talking a girl into having sex when she really doesn't want to is sexual assault then I may have never not sexually assaulted my wife.

If it was enough to retire at ~20-21, yes, I would take the money. I don't see them offering that kind of cash though. With lawyer fees and all, I would not take a $1M settlement.

If a girl expresses she wants to stop or is uncomfortable you gotta stop, it's the reality of the world today.

No, if a girl expresses she wants to stop, she gets up and walks out the door. She doesn't continue to blow him.

Not sure about you, but any guy I've ever known who is mid-bj surely isn't going to get up and chase you out the door. He probably couldn't wouldn't recognize a door at that point.

If she wants to stop, then stop. Like I said, she'd rather be a victim than a slut giving out random bjs or a bitch who stops mid-bj. This had nothing to do with the guy or realizing she'd been sexually assaulted. This has to do with not wanting to accept responsibility for her own actions.

I'll say this, I have no anecdotal evidence of this happening to good guys I know. I've witnessed some pretty crazy things happen with alcohol, yet I don't know anyone who has found themselves in such a situation.
