What about equality? Why are woman never held accountable for their sexual actions while under the influence of alcohol or drugs?

If woman do not want to lower their sexual inhibitions maybe they should avoid drugs and alcohol.

“playfully” grabbing her arm at one point, and drawing her in to kiss

You equate this with forcing her to stay? And those are HER words.

Yea, sounds like flirting to me. I guess though in today age, flirting is sexual assault.

He didnt forcibly do anything to her.

He convinced her to stay. She agreed. How is that assault?

According to "affirmative consent" rules he could have filed sexual assault charges against her as he was high and couldnt legally give consent.

Meanwhile she gets to remain anonymous and this is now nailed to his name and the internet forever. Its quite the system we have.

If she wanted to stop, she should have stood up and walked out. Did he force her to stay...nope. What guy isn’t going to try and convince the girl to stay?

That is not rape

Agreed, it's not rape. Not all sexual assault is rape. Rape in my mind is when you physically force a girl. I said in my original post I disagreed with expulsion but I dont 100% agree with his actions, especially in todays times. If a girl expresses she wants to stop or is uncomfortable you gotta stop, it's the reality of the world today.

This is he problem with destroying language to the point where terms and words are so vague they can fit whatever definition you deem fit that day.

No doubt. This is a great video on the subject:

The "every guy would it" is a piss poor defense.

She agreed to continue on her own initiative...

So now its sexual assault because she wanted to keep going?

It isn't sexual assault either. Get out of here with your BS nonsense.

This dumbass went through a bunch of mental gymnastics to avoid a walk of shame after the fact.

This is something you realize during the act. Not during the walk of shame.

It's not like you lose your agency while stoned to any degree like you do drunk. You are prone to overanalyzing a situation though. Seems like that's what happened here.

If I was the guy I'd argue I had been sexually assaulted. Evidently he was the only person who had his clothes removed. She even bit his tallywacker while she was fully clothed!!!! If that's not sexual assault, what is?

Hell, there was actually photographic evidence from the night of the incident that seemed to corroborate his story. That poor guy was just smoking a joint and talking about theoretical science at the frat house when RM grabbed his cock!!!!

It's not sexual assault either. Like it was stated before, she could of gotten up and walked away...even after the playful arm grab but she didn't want to be impolite. Because she has no backbone and cannot stand up for herself, this guy's life is ruined.
